this anime is sure getting rageous nowadays ! as the universal tournament of power arc has same to existence ! 

the things have started to fire UP , many new super powers characters showed up recently ! and now its more than " OVER 9000" , each universe have a god of destruction which in competition are stronger then each other ! except beerus and champa not many have shown there capabilities ! more likely people are concerned that who is the second strongest after ZENO-SAMA ! And so here is the ANSWER

THE SECOND STRONGEST BEING AMONG ALL 12 UNIVERSE IS 

ZALAMA            

zalama is the god of wish granting dragons ! and he can only be summoned by the super dragon balls ! the super dragon balls are as big as a major planet 😲😲

and when zalama is summoned/called forth ! he is pure golden in colour and his size is that can cover 20 galaxies under his wings ! 

zalama can grant any wish ! and it means any , i don't know but only twice we have seen persons wish against zalama are beeus and zamasu  !

HE WON BY VOTES ! many forums of dbs says that he is the strongest ! i know that dragons don't mend to fight like even king piccolo killed shenron ! but zamasu didn't killed the dragon god zalama he said that he destroyed the super dragon balls !
